I can’t describe how frustrating it is to me to see cocky guys who lose their calm over petty crap and treat women and children like crap, makes me want to beat them repeatedly.

On a serious note, if your father is abusive, hitting you and your family and is not a nice guy, then inform the authorities, you don’t need someone like that in your life.
Great, someone understands how i feel, he is not abusive, he is a nice guy, almost all the time, but i dont like how he is when he is drunk

I forgot to mention, he does that 1-4 times per year, mostly 1, in 2019 he did 4-5 times,

I see, he isn’t necessarily a bad person, he just has bad tendencies, I understand.
He should try to stop however, if he sees it affects the family than he should try to stop.
He can seek help and rehabilitation or go from sheer willpower alone.
