This was the hardest part of becoming a UC voter, now I just need to make a lot of figs, and I’ll be in baby

Yeah, but it’s better this way. This way only people who know what they are talking about, and people who know how much effort it takes to make a good fig can vote on what is actually a good fig.
Trust me, I never get my figs featured or becomes the User’s choice until a year later.

To be fair, and this isn’t me being rude, the fig having a lot of downloads is the only thing it had going for it, it didn’t get UC, and didn’t have a gold rating
