Here’s my QOTD:
If you could be immortal (as in live as long as you want until you get bored with life,) would you? If not, why?
Personally I would take it in a heartbeat. I think death is something that only impedes life. Some people think that death is what gives life “meaning,” but I don’t understand that.

Definitely agreeing with you
Too be fair if you are immortal you’ll eventually end up like Kars
Yes, I would, definitely, taking that chance immediately
Id choose to not take it personally. I feel like each path has an end, because going down the same one forever would bore the shit outta me. I mean, if you couldn’t die, eventually you’ll either have seen everything or everything wold be gone, and you’d still be there, just kinda…wandering with no goal, no purpose but to exist. Where’s the excitement in that.
I mean, making immortality something you can opt out of defeats the purpose of this moral question. Everybody would rather choose when they die than not.
That said, personally, I’d do a ton of skydiving and tests on experimental weapons and tools, basically being a sentient crash dummy so more risks can be taken developing technology, making the process faster and easier.
I’d also profit a ton from this, and I’d likely market my completely unique set of skills for a lot of money, giving back 90% of my profits to charities and the improvement of the area I live in.
However, I would certainly not use this to extend my lifespan any longer than the average person. I’d still like to die with about everyone else my age, you know?
