More website fixes

– Comment cooldowns actually show the right time now
– Clicking stickfigure author link isn’t broken for some users now
– “Show all comments” displays the correct number
– Popup images for stickfigures have a max height for the description text

Known bugs:
– For older iOS versions, the “Load More” button hangs and doesn’t do anything. Lol.

  Glad you fixed the ‘Load more’ button, my iPad is old so as mentioned it done almost nothing.

      Of course, I skimmed that part.
      
      Thankfully i’m getting an upgrade soon so I wouldn’t have to worry about such issues, it would be gone by then likely however.
