if there’s a submission email in your “Sent” folder, like any sent email, you can assume it was successfully sent

now being approved/not approved is a different matter, when your stickfigure is uploaded, automated email is sent

there’s no notification about not being approved because, well, i ain’t feel like sending 100s of emails manually every week and then getting yelled at by responses from a good portion of those
