damn. there really are a lack of really good stickmaking tutorials. it’s either just watching someone speed make one which is hard to find for me, or someone saying “ohh this is a segment and this one’s rounded you wanna use this yadda yadda”
I feel like most of my knowledge about making sticks is from me using the app and not an outside source
TLDR: new people won’t know how to make sticks good because there’s no good tutorials about it (that I can find)

    • Depends of what you really want to accomplish and develop. There are multiple ways to create figures and how you want to make them work. When it comes to figure making you know it can turn complicated if you want to animate these figures easily too.

What are you trying to do at all? @justintep

I have no idea, I’ve already made it, but maybe a tutorial by someone who’s experienced who can share their secrets, because usually when I download sticks they use something that I would’ve never thought of to make them. Can’t think of an example right now

I would want a tutorial on what makes one appealing, but that’s sort of objective.
This sounds like I’m begging for a tutorial, but I’m just commenting on the lack of them

          Understood.
I may do something about this or try to contact some of my friends to see their insights on this.

Hey, thanks. Recently the way that I’ve been “learning” on this is by downloading figures that relate to a problem I’m having (like not knowing how to make let’s say a beanie) and editing them, turning see all nodes on and seeing how it’s been made.
