GLOW AND THE ELEMENTALS – CHUNK 1

“Training?” Glow asked. “Why would I need training?”
“Simply put, your powers… aren’t very good,” the Water Guardian said. He was a mix of many different aquatic animals- turtle, axolotl, crocodile, and even shark. He was mostly a medium blue to match his Element, with a royal blue accent running along his back and tail.
“I can already use all of the Elements pretty well,” Glow retorted, creating an orb of water to demonstrate.
“You say that now, but…” The Water Guardian hesitated. “Look,we’ve all noticed that your Elemental abilities aren’t as strong as they could be. They’re all… fighting for control.”
He waved said tail in the air, pulling the moisture out of it.
“Observe,” he said, making the water rise into the darkness that was the Dimensional Plane. The water droplets grouped up into a large bubble, then popped, releasing a shower of rain onto Glow.
“…Not funny,” Glow said under his breath, pulling water out of his spiky blonde hair.
“Now, you try it,” the Water Guardian prompted, hovering back to give Glow some space. “Gather up some moisture, and use that to generate some rain.”
Glow easily did as he was told, floating the bubble over to the Water Guardian. “Can’t we just get some super overpowered Multi-Dimensional leviathan or something for me to fight against?” he asked. “That’d be good training.”
The Water Guardian narrowed his eyes at Glow. “That’s… oddly specific, but sure.”
