He never was, nor becomes an Origin Being. The creation of such a form is completely futile as the only time it will see action is in some silly fanfiction style spin off. Instead, what about a ‘mega-demon’ form, one where he’s become completely consumed In his own rage and anger that he has become an incarnation of hate itself. I was thinking something draconic as your Fursona is a dragon, plus a demon king who looks like a dragon is such a cool mix.
