I agree, I played this game a while back and saw that.

Then again it could just simply be a use of the whole suited look and the default character colour of yellow.

I doubt the creator has any real acknowledgment of my OC.

If they do however well, I’m not really sure what I’d do but it’s pretty frustrating if that’s the case and they didn’t get my consent in using it.
