For a first animation this is not bad. A lot of people in the beginning dont know how to use the effects. And also I can see what’s happening on screen which in most cases with new animation isn’t possible.
There’s definitely a lot of improvements to undergo.
Here’s my two things for sure:
-Use more Frames:
I see that you mostly only frame the beginning of a move and the end. For example the kick. The leg is stationary in one frame and in the second it’s already fully stretched.
Everything has an acceleration time meaning it has to build up the speed instead of going max speed instantly.
-Try tweening.

Actually I did tween at first but it ruined the movie clips soooooo I changed it and I revamped it by changing a few characters I guess I accidentally deleted the frame where is leg was bent
