Siamese Fighting FishThe Siamese fighting fish or ‘Betta’; which were an ancient clan of warriors under the name ‘Bettah’, are a type of freshwater fish found amongst Southeast Asia. They are currently vulnerable and 3 7ths of the way into complete extinction leaving only 3 levels until they are no longer around.
These vibrant unique marine creatures have an aggressive history being put against each other for entertainment therefore providing them with their name. They are some of the most widely available aquarium fish in the world due to their easy maintenance and general aesthetics.
The Betta tend to grow to a length of around 2.7 inches ranging between 2.4 and 3.1 inches, it consumes smaller creatures such as zooplankton, crustaceans and larvae.
