He’s Cassidy’s rival for most of part 2
He’s a genetically and cybernetically enhanced Merc hired by “Bc” to take out a few members of the Posse
Later tho , along side characters such as Moddar , King , Roy , and a few others
They leave their connections behind and kinda join the Posse
