When making hair start off making the main strands you’d want / rough shape, you’re looking to get the a rough idea then create the movable strands if you want any, then detail it and usually fade to sharper shapes, not just triangles though, using curved rounded segments and making them thin and connected should do fine.
3. For muscles you should look up references for the human body, keep in mind accurate anatomy for a Stickfigure is hard to do, especially when making them functional, accurate and detailed.

That’s why I go for a simple look usually, I don’t rrly like realistic figs anwyay they look out of place usuallt
I like to get a balance, I think it works nicely this way, simplicity helps more though.
