Q1. What are your goals for the app (and or site?), what are some you accomplished, what is some that you set aside or just flat out gave up?
Q2. When making the app (and or Site), what did you expect the people to be like, were your expectations right or were they different?
Q3. Are you familiar with these use of words: OC, Tweening vs Non Tweening, King Demon, and Stickfigure Base?
Q4. Other than this site, is there any other way to communicate with others about Sticknodes?
Q5. What feature in the App or Site was the hardest to make?
Q6. Lastly, I’ve noticed a lot of Clown women on the site, what’s your opinion about this?

Q1: I saw a tab that said community activity when i was downloading some figs, was like, “What’s this”, and now I am here.
Q2: Yeah it was definitely different, at first I thought this place was gonna be very regulated and everyone was just gonna post updates about stickfigures and stuff, then I met gigan.
Q3: Yes, Yes (Non-tween is better), Yes, and Yes.
Q4: I used to use reddit, i got bored of it a few days ago, so this is the only place now.
Q5: A remake of Gigans oc, Peps Vantore, which took 7 hours. Im still proud of it tho.
Q6: Yes
Q1: Found out that I could make an account while looking at figs, god I remember the days when you had to use Itunes to download stickfigures. Or atleast thought I did, not actually sure if I could have downloaded them directly back then.
Q2: I just expected to see nice and happy people who I could hang out and share anims with, was wrong about the happy and nice part (atleast for some people) but I certainly did find guys I’d want to hang out with.
Q3: Yes, mostly because they took up most of the time I have spent on planet Earth. Okay that’s a lie, games probably took more.
Q4. Reddit and Facebook, look for collabs there. Collabs are pretty much the only reason I animate sometimes. I tried Amino for a few weeks but I didn’t really like it.
Q5: Definitely Nightingale (my main oc Zordon’s stand), took a couple days for each part, mostly because I changed designs a bunch. Extremely proud of it honestly, too bad I can’t really use it for actual animation since bad at animating horses.
Q6: They’re okay I guess, I dunno why clown women specifically but not judging.

goals: SN PC (and the accompanying features i do not intend to add to the app version – like layers), sprites, maybe music, many small things still
website: no plans for it but allowing for a much easier user-controlled upload system for stickfigures would be neat, similar to NewGrounds where the community handles voting up or “blamming” bad content

well i never expected there to be a giant userbase let alone a community so

youtube, just searching “stick nodes” will have you find dozens of videos uploaded in the past few hours
similarly looking for the #sticknodes hashtag on twitter
the FB SN Group is somehow very popular
the subreddit not so much but it’s still going strong
Q5. What feature in the App or Site was the hardest to make?
movieclips was a damn half-year project
i still dunno how i managed it
dealing with the different ways the devices handle platform-specific code however (mainly exporting/encoding) is always the ever-present biggest hassle tho
