You should enable smart-stretching for the limbs so that overhead punch which I assume is a straight left extends and looks less like an overhead punch depending on whether you’re going for that or not.
It’s a little tricky to keep up but the footwork looks pretty good, pushing off the ground when you punch to exert the force harder, the hip rotation isn’t too bad.
I think if you had some more distance between the two characters before the hip rotation and roundhouse, it might connect better.

I have smart stretch on, you just can’t really tell because the punch was behind his head for a frame. Also ye, it’s overhand, it was a straight in the previous edits though. I’ll make the grey guy step back farther so the round kick can get full extension.
I’m just not sure how to animate the grey guy after getting kicked without opting into different angles. For now I’m gonna take a nap though.
