Giving the wheel a sort of aesthetic like this could potentially work
remove wheel, add fire, ez
Add wings, maybe a propeller on the top or on the front like a plane. Or a jet on the bottom, or a rotating jet on the sides.

It doesn’t actually fly in the movie, but it does give that feeling.
suggest trying to keep the bike seem very aerodynamic and try to replicate the wheel from the picture provided.
Make it so the wheels can glow from the inside[ the raster full of hexagons you see on the wheel].
This allows you the visualize its ability to fly even stronger. (When taking off the wheels should glow more and more brightly)
