-Can summon black balls of plasma from his horns, wich his horns are his source of power
-trained in an ancient form of kung-fu and martial arts
-has been though time and space so pretty good knowledge of everything
-his hands have been chopped off so he has robotic hands that can bring out knifes, guns, and that sort of shit
-hes pretty stonk but basically as strong as your average character
-hes good at stealing, pickpocketing, and your average hood/theif

Disabilities:
-If you take off his googles he is blind and his eyes are very scribbley due to his travel in a black hole
