I hope you all don’t believe this has genuinely died.
I’m actually waiting on the new update and consistently trying to improve my hyper-realism skills for this series.Even though its through random projects, you can see me trying to improve whether it be through humans, machinery, landscapes, planets, skies, and etc.
The new update along with this will allow for basically unlimited capabilities as the node limit will be set to 999,999.
The reason for why this series is taking so long to get to a single episode is because I want this to be top notch, perhaps even the pinnacle of what Stick Nodes can accomplish or at least one of the greatest series ever made. (Though each to ones own opinion.)
I’m also going for a much more ambitious approach for the lore, however I don’t intend to spoil any of it.This shall be the last post in this group until the new update.

Anyways, Nodium.
I’ve decided I’m going to revamp episode one due to having improvements in craftsmanship so drastic it’ll make the first episode almost like it was made by another person, so I need to update it.
This choice wasn’t made based on visual aspects though.
I have recently made changes in lore that bend the first episode’s logic, hence the revamp.But anyways, this time I have decided I am not going to go kurzegesagt. I am purely just gonna do hyper-realism, which happens to (almost) be my forte and I could make improvements on it.
Regularly I would whip up some kind of reference to what I’m talking about, but for the 3rd time I’m going to show this because it is actually canon to the lore.
No, it was not some random idea I came up with. I decided to reference actual lore I wrote down. The actual meaning behind it is “The Dawn Of StickNodes.” Whereas the archfiend (satan taking form in a dead body),
comes to place the burden of 25,000,000 upon man. (Lesser evolved stickfigures than todays.)

Another plot twist is the writings on the wall actually mean something although some of the mathematical aspects dont. Although it doesn’t mean much, it actually represents ancient calculations for Node Theory.

Kingston: Year 2027Kingston, a young whos life was changed in 2026, the year of the Anti-Nodes. He went from everyone’s loveable doofus to a bounty hunter. When an Anti-Node kidnapped his best friend, [insert user who was kidnapped], this completely changed him. When the Anti-Nodes invaded Kingston knew he couldn’t be the optimistic softy he’s always been. He knew he had to mature but he may have took it too far. He is now a bounty hunter. He takes jobs from various sources, mainly anonymous. His code: Hunt down targets, bring the targets alive to employers no questions asked, reap the rewards.
Thats pretty much all i have story-wise.
Regarding his design: He ditched his vibrant lime green jacket and blue jeans, now he wears dark green and black to blend in. He got into a nasty fight with an Anti-Node which caused his crown to be partially melted and one of his gems got fractured.
He has a bag which contains all the gadgets he could need, and there’s a device on his eye to improve his aim.Personality: Tries hard to be mature but is pretty bad at it, think Emmet from The Lego Movie 2.
Powers and abilities: Skilled fighter. Superhuman aim. Target drones that can grow and shrink. Red Gem that allows King to transform into a ball of energy that can move at incredible speeds. Blue Gem which allowed King to teleport moderate distances, now that its broken its disfunctional. Green Gem allows King to materialize arrows out of thin air. Orange Gem gives King invincibility. Pink Gem allows King to manipulate gravity.

Alright so, this is going to be difficult to pull off myself since I have so much stuff planned for this and at the rate its taking its as if just a single episode will be out once a year.
I already have tons of remakes left to do and more people are still wanting to join. Normally I would think I’m letting too much people in, but that kind of underestimates the capacity of this project I’m going for. This is no longer just for the Nodium but a saga altogether.
So If anyone is willing to help out, I would like assistance with the remakes and backgrounds. If you wanted to help out with animation too then that’s also good.I’m looking for things in this style for the oc’s (top image)

If you need more references I’ll give them.If you’re willing to give it a go then I’ll give you an invite to a private group where you could help remake the characters. You don’t have to dedicate to this since I still plan to do most of the work, it’s my project after all. I would ask Kingston and he might still be willing to help out, but I decided not to since I believe he still in general said he’s left.

Okay so, setting new standards for ocs.
These are the “dumbed down” oc’s, basically all of the fancy fabric and stuff is gone. I also removed the lines representing the direction of the light source since it technically could be anywhere in the animation and hence would be inaccurate.
Before these both were 723 nodes, now they’re 474. Most of the nodes are being taken up by the jojo poses on ralphs pajamas though.
admittedly, this is cleaner and probably easier to look at so I guess it was a better choice regardless.

Okay so while I was making Natalies pajamas, I was wondering.
What if she was a physicist? Specifically a “Node Physicist” who studies a branch of Node Physics that focuses on Smart-stretching and puts study towards interstellar travel and more efficient lifestyles and stuff. like someone who studies how nodes act and work in the universe.So I was thinking to add onto the lore, I could add a lot of Stick Nodes related things that are put into a concept where they’re similar to real-life studies and degrees.

also making inventions in her spare time
eventually she kind of stopped working on science, had to focus more on being smart than silly projects, but eventually got back into it
she never really had any friends because the other kids were like “lmao weird ass smart sciency kid” and also were jealous
whenever she was like MAYBE 14 or 15 she got accepted into this science school and tried to pitch this idea for helper slimes that help you with things and can be personal friends

she got kind of butthurt about it and made it in her spare time, creating aku-12
aku being short for akumu, akumu meaning nightmare
