New Mellow powers to replace the old ones (because they were trash)
Sort of simple to understand, but can lead to some pretty cool tactics:Mellow’s Meta Steal:
Mellow is able to swap or steal objects, known as Meta-stealing or Reshuffling
• Max range of 10 Metres
• Anything smaller than him can be Meta-stolen
• Things bigger than him can’t be Meta-stolen BUT, things up to twice his size CAN be Shuffled
• When Shuffling with a moving object, he takes what momentum this object originally had, and the object in its new position takes Mellow’s old momentum
• Mellow has to be aware of an objects presence and its position in order to Shuffle or Meta-steal it
• It is easier for him to Shuffle/Meta-steal with an object if he can see it, rather than relying on memory
• Mellow can chose what position he’d been in when Reshuffling himself, and can do so in quick succession
• There are two types of Meta-stealing
– Meta-steal and Omni-steal
• Meta-steal = Teleporting object into his vicinity
• Omni-steal = Grappling object into his vicinity
• Omni-steal is affected by weight
• Lighter objects are dragged towards Mellow
• Heavier objects drag Mellow towards him
• It always acts as a ratio, so the object now matter how heavy will endure the force of Mellow pulling, relative to its own weightMellow’s Cards:
Mellow is able to generate cards to support him in battle
• Made out of hardlight: essentially solid holograms
• Created through use of his wrist straps, usually flicking his wrists
• There is no limit to the amount that he can create, as long as his wrist straps have power
• Trajectory and momentum are able to be manipulated when thrown/launched using hand movements, similarly to air-bending
• Combining the two attributes above, it is possible to create a storm of cards/a large amount of wind using the cards
• These cards are also explosive, and require a click of a finger to detonate
• Mellow can swap with these cards, essentially teleporting
• He can also shoot these cards with a finger-gun, giving them long ranged potential
• Edges can be sharp or ineffective, depending on Mellow
• There are cards beneath Mellow’s boots, which allows him to perform complex maneuvers in the air (IRL Double jumps, Hovering/Gliding, Boosts in midair, Very limited flight)
• These cards can also be used as hover skates, and allows him to skim over land and waterI don’t have a picture or animation to go along with it unfortunately ):

also when shuffling does that mean if he shoots a arrow upwards and shuffles the momentum, he can fly
Yup
If he had a gun and an infinite amount of bullets (and very fast reaction time) he could potentially fly
But the bullets he swap with might end up hitting him lol
question, does he need to be worried about whiplash from the sudden change of momentum

another question would he be affected by the high amounts in g’s (aka going fast)

1) It would act as if that momentum was carried with him long before he swapped, so Mellow wouldn’t suffer from whiplash
2) Mellow is a cartoon character, therefore Gs are absolutely nothing to the guy 😎
He also rides around on a flying bike at supersonic speeds without any protection against those Gs, so he should be fine
