      max refresh limit per day is 17 until it triggers the red text / jumpscare
      the counter is based on your ip, dont try going incognito if you think its going to give you unlimited refreshes
      and this is obviously just some red herring website made to indirectly lead you to 17.txt, dont think its anything special

      unless of course @ralph is a psycho and actually put something there for 25 million
