I get what you mean although if you consider Milkyās POV sheās had trouble with transitioning to be trans and using she/her type of pronouns and such.
While it seems minuscule to us in reasoning for why sheād get defensive, itās a regular thing for her to experience that disconnect that people see versus who she is so I can see why she acted defensive. Itās like you constantly being called something you donāt identify with and then hearing someone question why you are mad. It would make you pissed as it would anyone.

I also don’t think it’s actively wrong to have pronouns in your bio. More people having them would probably normalise it actually, and make people feel like they can actually come out without there being a sort of stigma

As for why he wants to do so, that’s none of our business, and asking bluntly will end up causing stuff like this
