Delete some frames in the middle so it’s quicker. Blinks are usually just 1 or 2 frames at an fps like 15 and that’s it. Oh, and, when the eyes come back up, try to keep consistency and smoothen out that spazzy eye on the right. If you speed this up and take away some frames, could be pretty decent. (Side Note: this is a Stick Nodes community, you should probably showcase Stick Nodes animations instead.)
Either way, you’re not bad for a beginner working on a more traditional animation style.
