It has often breached containment causing Mobo Trash Force unit R-1 to be involved. Deaths of 1st breach is ■■■ ScD deaths, ■ CD deaths, ■■■■ SD deaths, and ■■■■■ Medical deaths. The deaths increase as more breaches occur of this entity. Site-■■ personnel has evacuated the facility.
