i have’t really got any “lore” for the liquid metal per-say, but i do have the basic rundown which is:
“military super soldier/weapon/semi cyborg that can shift from a solid mass to a liquid form developed by the big bad. and he’s kinda lil-bit like twelve from street fighter i guess”
