How will blocking work. Will their be high blocks and low blocks?
I kind of suggest that since there will be high and low attacks.
Also will there be blockstrings?

ye there gonna be high and low blocks. their labeled “block” and “crouch block”
and the it’ll work like this
if your character just uses their arms as a block and the attack going to them is a punch or kick it will reduce the damage by a lot
if your character uses their arms and the attack is a weapon, it will reduce the damage by a very tiny bit
if your character uses a shield and the attack is a punch or kick, the damage will be reduced by a lot
if your character uses a shield as a block and the attack is a weapon, the damage will be reduced moderately
and you can only block 4 times in a row
I hade a stroke reading this.
So basically, there’s no reason for anybody not to have a weapon?
Also it’s going to be the type of game where “blocking” isn’t actually blocking and it just reduces damage?
