2022-01-09 20:40:54 UTC This is a little project I’ve been working on for a while: revamping and finalising Medley!
I’m pretty satisfied with the way this came out honestly, and a lot more so than his original iteration. When I was creating Medley, I wanted him to look like the kind of guy who would seriously go on adventures and goof around with Mellow, and while the initial design didn’t satisfy me in that regard, this one definitely does. Now, Medley truly looks like Mellow’s partner. Of course, I can barely take all the credit. It was @scouttrooperanims who helped me with the boots and coat, and Medley probably wouldn’t have come out so well without his help. There are still a few things that need working on such as his Staff and cap, but he’s otherwise 100% finished.

I actually used a Heroforge concept of Medley’s new design in order to do all this. It isn’t 100% accurate, but who said it had to be? It working as a guideline alone saved me some time just thinking about how I should do all this. It was actually @flamebluewolf who suggested this to me, so really I couldn’t have done this without her either. I think I’ll be using Heroforge in the future when it comes to this kind of stuff because DAMN did it actually save me
