Since you changed organs already , why not change other . Maybe their eyes don’t perceive the world like humans do , but instead are more inline with a slight heat vision , or they could have way better vision ,maybe they have different species classes , Aliens who are more suited to be assassins can be sleek , with longer and more durable claws , excellent for slicing up opponents in hand-to-hand , their legs could be formulated in a way for speed and stealth
A sort of brute class could be bigger and stronger , etc
Instead of movies and such , being assassins and such could be a part of their culture , this planet could be a sort of mercenary galactic power , used to conqueror and such. , etc
