How the hell do you design it?? I want my own but my head is blank on what I can make it look like

I deadass went “hmm what if invisible OC… BUT ONLY THE HEAD! Good idea man I like the idea.” But I also wanted him to just be a normal guy with no powers at all but can still fight, so if he was a normal guy who has skills in whatever I wanted him to be good at I’ll usually try making equipments to help him, like if he was good at boxing I would give him brass knuckles or just boxing gloves.

You have to want to make a character as your Oc
Not want an Oc
It’s the equivalent of thinking of a way to make money quick , many ideas but you really need to narrow down your idea , what type of idea it is , requirements , etc
