The Retrograde
Story: Leader of Strike Team Charlie, a lost Strike Team in the first attack to reclaim the city. His team died. He was forgotton. His name and appearance is unknown. No one knows of his excitence. He has been partially Rouxian-affied. He now attacks alone and disables key locations, no survivors. Humans/Sticknodes/allies he knocks out then leaves. Stays of the radars.
