Not completely overpowered and cliche so I’ll give you that although you should try and add some unique design to him.
As a tip as well try and proportion the body properly, arms should by longer then the torso when positioned down, legs should just about be able to stretch over the head.
The legs are the main problem there so I’d say just try and fix that and then it’ll be fine regarding proportions.

Let’s say he had been experimented as a 12-year-old. He had the bio-weapon called “G-07”. It is similar to Blacklight (if u know PROTOTYPE). His senses are enhanced because of it. G-07 is a bio-weapon that has mixed DNA of every animal on earth. But the most original sense he had is that sense thing like Spiderman. Can’t say if they’re related cause I’m sometimes messy at things.
