Hypothetically if Limella and Lemon were to fight Lemon would win but if you were to pair Limella against your average man she’d probably kill them.
Reason being is due to their blood and enhancements from it, with age rather than their cells declining they enhance given they do things physically. Lemon who would train has enhanced his cells whereas Limella while weaker due to lack of training has still lived over a century and can exert more strength then most females or possibly males.
Lemon for example has 10.8 times the performance capability of a human so rather than a human only being able to leg press around a tonne at best Lemon with his training can leg press 12 tonnes along with lift most vehicles.
