Ayy, its my Rouxian Balcony Background but edited.
Hey Ralph, quick tip for Backgrounds, add in props to make it more dynamic. For this one, I’d add something like a dragon skull on the wall, two flaming pillars by the balcony and a sword held above it. If you could, you could also add a torn carpet on the floor and some dark grey clouds outside.

I actually really like the flaming pillars, I can probably do a two-flame flicker thing and just copy-paste it
