Well… it’s tied now. Maybe incorporate snowball fight into building competition, as they have to build a snow fort and then see which one lasts longer than the others?
Well now it’s tied between 3 things. Maybe incorporate building a snow obstacle course and then having to get across to the other side while sending snowballs at other people while having snowballs thrown at you by said people?
Now it’s tied between 4 things! Maybe a obstacle course in which two people are the seekers, and you must get past the obstracle course without being seen and hit with a snowball by the seekers, and are able to throw back snowballs at said seekers to stun them.
