this epilepsy thing is one of the stupidest restrictions for television
usually its painfully apparent with anime when the screen goes like 10 levels dimmer randomly because maybe one person in a sea of a million might have a reaction
seems a lot more like it’s that persons prerogative to get a television with epilepsy protection settings, not something to impose on the general public
