Holy crap I just figured out why Half Life is named Half Life

You have to wait half a life for a new one to release

Between Half Life 1 and 2, there’s 6 years apart, from 1998 to 2004, and a crap ton of stuff happened in between of course

And between 2 and Alyx, there’s 16 freaking years

Maybe the next Half Life will come out in 26 years, and at this point im tired of waiting for Half Life 3, now waiting for 4.
