so psychic powers exist in mainline devil net yeh?

and because i have nothing better to do
i’m just gonna list off some of the psi-powers i guess
we’ve got:
pyro kinesis: change the molecular structure of the targets skin (or any other part) to be constantly on fire
cryo kinesis: change the molecular structure of the target to be ice
air gun: blast target with enough psi energy( i’ll explain this eventually) to gorely liquify them
erase: destroy target’s atom structure to basically delete them from reality, aswell as the afterlife
there’s more but ehh
oh yeah their existance
so uhh
usa wanted to make some powerful agents to spy on stuff
so they used the best source
prisoners
out of the 50 used
only 5 of them died from tumorous growths in the brain
25 were unaffected
10 of them went a coo coo crazy with power
and the remaining 10 were successful
except one of them used his epic psi powers to make everyone involved in the experiment to forget that they were meant to do it
so now all the psychic’s just kinda roam around the world, murdering people for money i guess
