Could you maybe look into adding layers into stick nodes? It helps for any detailed animations with multiple nodes overlapping each other, and make it easier to add more decoration in to other frames without having to “copy paste move”.
I know memory risks is the main problem but maybe have an option to turn on heavy memory usage, I have a high-end device that can withstand 20 different movieclips and the original animation and just want layers to make overlapping and additional animations easier.

U do know that u make a part of ur stick separate by copying that arm and click create A new stick figure and paste it right? Then boom its like a layer but not really..
No, that’s not what they’re referring to.
Yeah, while layers would be beneficial and cool, they’re something ralph has already said he’d make a pc-only thing.
this ^
and mainly because at this point adding layers = just start from scratch, and ain’t nobody got time for that
If it will be pc-only that’s fine.
But maybe a better idea is to add subframes, where it only creates a layer-type frame where its first frame starts at the frame you are selecting, and you can add to it to make it only memory risky as how many you want. It more beneficial than basic multiple layer structuring because of low budget phones, and still gives off the functionality of a layer in Stick Nodes. I just want to make “backtrack” animating easier, because I want to add basic fights, add smear, then add any punch effects and faces later.
