If you pick it up and you hear a high metallic hum, it trusts you and will allow you to use it. When the bond is formed, the sword feels incredibly light and easy to use, making this a deadly weapon for the enemies of the holder.

If you pick it up and hear a low metallic hum, it will be followed by a brutal death via burn wounds formed on the arm. The only reason this happens is if the holder is either unpure or has evil intentions with the sword.
