I’ve dabeled in it a little bit like a year and a half ago. For the most part, I’m pretty sure it’s just a 3x easier way to move parts around. And it’s more configurable. In current gd, if I remember correctly, you have to assign a part a group, then have a move trigger that’s set to that group move the part.
