Meet Topper!
Topper is a successful business man – your average fat cat.
He doesn’t speak, but that doesn’t stop him from getting the bread.
Any time at any occasion he will always make sure he’s looking sharp (may have to do with the fact his suit is is skin, but he still dresses nice) and carrying around his trusty umbrella, which he sometimes uses in combat.
His design is inspired by Toxic911’s “Classy Man”. He is rumored to be a relative.

Hes the first character to be made with my base, the legs were made using a Guess Guide.
