The general structure is okay but not only would you need to not just use gradients everywhere and add detail but also a boxer that’s too big will struggle to move more especially if they have wide lats like this fella.

A strong looking boxer will have more of a body like Mike Tyson, big traps, normal lats, big shoulders and arms and that’d probably do it.
