It’s where you publish videos so you can post the link somewhere else for people to watch them. So a video hosting (I think that is the correct term? Idk) service
You need to make an account for it to work though, so use a temporary email generator to get an email for it (or just use your own)
By copying the link to the video you published there, you can just post the video on the site and we would be able to watch it here, just like with YouTube. However there is a limit I think, so you might need to use YouTube for longer videos.
