    Does ANYONE have advice for these cyles (the running cycle looked off so I was making sure. Also I’m a dumbass because I had to repost this for the THIRD DAMN TIME. The other two I deleted.)

    • the walk cycle isn’t bad you just need him to go up and down a bit

      the run is you trying to animate every frame, whereas a run is supposed to be fast

      when the leg hits the ground it should almost immediately be sent back as the person is moving forward at a high rate of speed, in one or maybe 2 frames

      don’t be afraid to add style and creativity to it

    • You need to make the legs move in a smaller motion, and as you increase speed you are closer to the ground, your feet move in an elliptical pattern, similar to riding a bike, and as you increase your speed you will squash your ellipse so it looks more like he is pushing off from the ground. but I haven’t animated in a while so I wouldn’t know. But also follow ralph’s advice
