Always save, even if you don’t think much of your animation it’s best to just in case and then if you don’t want or like it later, delete it.

Well, then there are backups in the Sticknodes folder somewhere, assuming you meant there was a Stickfigure when you said “it was”
Unless it didn’t back up for some reason, but I think it always does like every 5 minutes or something.
