Help?! When I want to import sounds my Ipad crashes

sorry about this
others have reported this but when I ask for more details I get nothing so I can never look into it
this doesn’t happen for me and other iPad users so it’s something specific
please tell me what you do *exactly*
step 1 – I open the app
step 2 – I press ____
etc, more detail the better
sorry but its the only way right now for me to narrow down *exactly* where it’s going wrong
bruh you should see how much I write for school
most people just write for half a page to a full page, while I write for 3+ pages

I go to soundjay and I click on the sound that I want. After that I change http into stknds and I press”open stick nodes pro app”.
And here comes the problem, after typing the sound effects name and pressing download, the app just closes by itself.(sry about my english, i’m not the best at it)

what *exactly* is the URL when you’re changing to “stknds”
exactly – if you can copy/paste it, or screenshot it when you’re in the stick nodes app (it shows the URL in that dialog where you enter a name)
