      buddypress is kinda stupid when it comes to deleting comments to such a comment thread (that has been deleted)

        idk why it didn’t just take the reddit route of just leaving the thread intact and redacting the name/content with “removed” or something

        no instead it makes it so if someone goes to delete a thread from 5 years ago with 1000 comments, everything gets nuked from orbit
