For me it’d have to be the Arnold press, it’s a movement for the shoulders.
It’s tricky to do properly from a beginning standpoint especially with bracing yourself for the heavier weights but once you get it, it feels awesome to lift some iron above your head.
Daily workouts, occasional boxing, and I used to do fencing.
Fencing was as tough as fuck. I even cried under my mask once because of how physically straining it was.
I stopped going though because despite my couch actually being an Olympic fencer, he only really taught the really good kids, and while we had potential, we were only there for 6 months.
Favourite exercise is pull ups now despite the bar being too high up for me to reach
though I used to do a lot of poor form elbow-flarred push ups which I’ve corrected now.
Though I’ve been slacking a bit thanks to the rather awful weather recently, I’ve made it a habit to go on bike rides frequently. It’s also good to clear my head, so it’s my favorite thing to do. I also have a vr headset I use which isn’t half bad for helping me keep moving, it’s been my go to when I can’t go outside.
Besides that, I frequently have had to split and carry a lot of wood this winter to heat our home. It can be pretty physically demanding but I kinda like lol
I have a friend who I’m trying to plan trips to our “local” gym with, but I’m honestly not able to get a ride 90% of the time, it’ll change soon once I get my permit.
Replying to:MaawozLmao I changed my major to Graphics design, everything is go
That’s good to hear, architecture not so much what you wanted to follow I guess, graphic design is a pretty cool one, can be a bit tricky to find some work though but once you do and build a name for yourself it should just get easier finding work.

Now that I think about it, the only kind of exercise I do is whenever I play fighting games in VR. I should really adjust my schedule.

Does going to work count as a workout?
I’d say so yeah
Well my average (2022) per day in walking (Note that I am often pulling something heavy) is 14,670 steps/ 6.89 mi
You work at some delivery place right? an Amazon store or something?
Yep an Amazon warehouse
Look at me actually remembering things about people! I’m usually terrible for that stuff.
How are things with you anyway, you’ve been doing the architecture stuff too I believe?
Lmao I changed my major to Graphics design, everything is going well so far

Good luck with it all
