Hulk would win
Godzilla is powerful but he’s still a large heavy creature pretty much stumbling over his own feet, Hulk can output more than his strength in some depictions and still move incredibly quickly.
Movies it’d definitely go to Goji
Mainline comics it’d go to hulk
And honestly it depends on your stance between what their total upper limits mean , whether it be that Godzilla in hell comic or the ferocity and calamity that something like world breaker hulk
