Anyone have an idea on how to animate gravity powers in stick nodes? I’m pretty sure I’ll use black holes but, if someone else has a better idea I’m all ears!
Visual stuff can help, effects I mean, it can either be as bold as a colour hue shift, a massive aura around an object or person being manipulated with gravity or take a subtle approach. Add some wobble to the Stickfigure being manipulated by gravity and then maybe add some wobble lines, these could just be two simple lines that roughly match the outline of where they’re placed next to said manipulated Stickfigure.
Hm… All of those could work! I do question however how it’d work in a battle with shifting perspectives. Wobble lines are out of the picture (until sprite update) but after that it’s on sight.
I think what I’ll do is take that line idea but something similar to hatena360 where, I have lines moving in a new direction when she shifts gravity. I’ll make a demo if you need an example !

You said you’ll make a demo so I was just saying if it’s going to be a pain to do or you don’t really want to, then don’t worry.
Putting you out just meaning like if it’s annoying or making you do something you generally are not up for doing.
Oh nah lol, it’s just be a shitty example to be put out in a decent wmount of time. Like Gimmie 30 minutes or less and I can make it happen.

Look up “Blade and Sorcery gravity spell”, that may give you some inspiration
