It just boils down to whether or not these figures are pre-made and have been downloaded from the site or if they’re completely from scratch.
If you make an original character, animate them then export that then you could likely use that however you please.
What mr lemon said, using stick nodes as a tool for whatever creative purpose is fine by me
But using other people’s stickfigures you have to check with them
If you make your own its not a problem
